World-Class Fishing

Our beach is Osborne Hole, one of the most popular fishing spots on the Chilliwack River. for Salmon,and trout..  Make sure you have a licence and bring your gear. .

Kayaking & Rafting

You can launch from our beach to experience the Class II to IV rapids. The National team trains just up river from us.  Many float around on the big eddy on their tubes in summer & fall..

Just Down the Road

Roughly 25 minutes away: Cultus Lake Waterpark — giant waterslides, lazy river, and pools for the whole family. Also nearby: Chilliwack River Rafting — guided whitewater trips down the very river that runs past our property. Adventure in every direction.

Hiking & Off-Roading

Unlimited mountain logging roads and trails surround us and you can ATV right out of our gate.  The Trans Canada Trail runs along two sides of the property. Hike up to Windy Knob (5½ hours) for jaw-dropping views of the mountains and city. Just email Debbi for trail info!

Beach & Swimming

We have 1300 feet of Chilliwack River frontage. The left side of the beach is like a lake in summer & fall — perfect for floating and cooling off with a swim. The stairs to the beach are right behind the covered picnic shelter.

Meet the Animals

Horses:   Our calm, gentle horses free-range on the property.  They usually come down in the evenings and welcome neck scratches. All interaction with the horses is at your own risk. and all children must be accompanied by an adult!  You are welcome to feed them carrots or cut up apples (so they don't choke), but only in a container!  Please don't throw them on the ground as it can cause a very painful condition from having too much sand or bits of gravel which can stick to the food. 

Parrot:  On busy warm weekends, Debbi brings Señorita Tootie Birdini Guacamole — her Yellow Nape Amazon parrot — down for a little show where kids (or adults) can hold her after!

Photography & Wildlife

Surrounded by mountains with thousands of acres of moss-covered forest on three sides and the Chilliwack River on the fourth — it's true wilderness.  Bring your camera to capture some of the beautiful scenery.  The sunsets over the river can be spectacular!
