🐂 Black Angus

We are pleased to offer, on a very limited basis, high quality grass-fed beef, with no hormones or growers used. We treat our cows as pets with careful care and attention to ensure our cows are not unduly stressed prior to processing. Therefore, our beef maintains low stress hormones, which preserves the quality, tenderness and taste.

🐐 Goats

As I love spotted goats but don't like horns (or dehorning), I spent the last 16 years developing my own breed of moon-spotted, naturally polled goats. They were developed using Boer and Nubian bloodlines. They are very quiet and friendly.
