A TINY newer glamping cabin overlooking the Chilliwack River rapids, beside The Chick Inn. Cuteness overload — a trailer-like cabin that looks like a 1950s cartoon trailer!
Inside: comfortable queen memory foam bed, tiny antique wood stove you can cook on, small table with 2 chairs, shelves, refillable foot-powered sink, and solar fairy lights on the ceiling. NO ELECTRICITY, NO WIFI — solar lights only (dependent on the amount of sun!). NO RUNNING WATER — use the foot-powered sink for a sponge bath, or swim in the river.
Outside: covered picnic shelter beside the cabin with netting and curtains, picnic table, 2 chairs, fire pit, and lots of solar fairy lights under the awning. The sound of the river rapids will lull you to sleep.
Outhouse across the lane (smells like an outhouse — not a porta potty!). Shared with the other newer cabins. A portable potty is available with a $25 deposit, returned when brought back clean.
$15 cleaning fee covers a quick basic clean. $9 firewood (cash) for a big feed bag.
